A Community of Artists
The Purcellville Artisan Tour was created by local Purcellville artists and agri-artisans who were interested in celebrating the town of Purcellville and the area's numerous talented artisans. In 2022, the founding members of the Tour joined forces with the Town of Purcellville's Art Council and began planning the process of growing the Tour with the mission of showcasing local professional artisans who live and work in our town so that our community's awareness continues to be inspired by the arts in all forms. This year, 2022, marks the first year of the PAT being hosted solely by the Purcellville artist community, exclusively featuring artists in our Purcellville zip code. We are thrilled to have the opportunity to help our community and visitors to our community during this lovely Fall season, visit local studios and see some of the finest crafts including pottery, jewelry, paintings, sculpture, photography, and so much more!
About Purcellville Arts Council
The Purcellville Arts Council supports visual and performing arts in the Town of Purcellville. The Purcellville Arts Council works to offer local artists more opportunities to share their art with the public while providing residents with a variety of ways to experience, enjoy, and learn about art.
The Purcellville Arts Council works closely with the members of the PAT to sponsor the event and carefully select participants from among so many of the areas talented studios and businesses. This Tour, along with many of the other events sponsored by the Council helps further the mission of the Arts Council and celebrate Purcellville's artist community.

One of the best things about this area and our community is the wide variety of arts and artisans that have made Purcellville their home. From the finest crafts and visual arts to exceptional and award winning wineries, artisan bakeries, and farms, Purcellville has so much to offer. The Tour is a great time to take advantage and see all that Purcellville has to offer as these talented businesses open their studios and doors to let you get a peek behind the scenes! Some will be offering demonstrations about their process and others will have some rare items for sale. No matter what, you'll see things you've never seen before and bring home something that is one-of-a-kind!
